Ayurvedic Flow Yoga: A Biweekly Exploration of Seasonal Practices for Optimal Living with Glenna Bedoya

Thursday, April 11th from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. | Total Participants: 6
Taught by Glenna Bedoya

Ayurveda is rhythm. Commonly referred to as the lifestyle science of yoga, it is a healing system that has understood optimal human rhythms for thousands of years. Based on the five element theory, a different element dominates the energy of each season. When we live by these seasonal rhythms a new energy arises inside us.

This slower open level, alignment based flow yoga merges mindful movement with seasonal practices as a way to balance our bodies and minds for optimal health and seasonal wellbeing. All levels welcome.
