Qoya Inspired Movement: Crystallize with Becca Kannapell of POUND Jewelry

Thursday, December 19th from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. | Total Participants : 12

Becca has been studying and teaching Qoya Inspired Movement over the last thirteen years. Qoya is an embodiment practice that weaves together thirteen different pillars to welcome all aspects of ourselves, bringing mind, body, heart and soul into awareness. Qoya classes are a place to strengthen our inherent resilience, rest in our essence and remember we are wise, wild and free.

In these times of accelerated transformation and change, each of us is being asked to find the ways that we can best meet this moment. In class, we explore healing and nourishing ourselves in community so that we can bring our best selves to our daily lives in service to the co-creation of a more just and equitable world.

Every Qoya class has a theme. On Dec 19 we will come together to anchor, embody and make manifest the ways in which we are CRYSTALLIZING our awareness in the present, and our hopes, dreams and desires for the future.

Becca has just returned from Mount Shasta, the Root Chakra field of the planet, and received messages and codes from the crystals and stones that are born there. These energies will be woven into the embodiment practice, and you will be awed by the ways the minerals communicate with you when you tap into their hologram, no matter where you are standing geographically during this practice.

Let’s move the minerals inside of us and let them come to life together in a human stone circle made sacred.

List of Items to Bring to Workshop: wear comfortable clothes that make you feel free. Bring a journal and a pen. And if it feels good to you, please bring one crystal, rock, or talisman / special object that is symbolic to you.
