Join us on a journey towards opening our hearts and building deeper connections with our loved ones! This Heart Chakra Opening workshop, led by the amazing Holly, will guide us towards building deeper connections with our loved ones through a unique blend of practices and spiritual healing.  When we open our hearts, we hold the capacity to move beyond judgment and criticism, and instead, embrace acceptance, compassion, and wisdom for ourselves and others.  This event includes essential oils, breathing techniques, meditation, and sound to help us let go of the worries of the world and embrace a moment of deep relaxation and heart softening.
