Join Mandi Gray of Tranquil Growth Yoga for a New Moon Breathwork and Yoga Event focusing on new beginnings. The new moon is a time when the physical and emotional body unite, where we are able to reset and embrace spaciousness.
As we focus on our breath, we are able to gain clarity on the impact the breath has on not only the physical body, but the emotional body. Learn to create a more intimate relationship with your breath, as we embrace how it may guide us throughout our yoga posture practice.
