Both Ali and Becca have been lifelong students of astrology, intuitive practices, sacred land rituals, stone energies, and holographic healing in a myriad of ways. They’ve shared in a mutual calling, both being in and out of the St. Louis area for many years in their own ways, and have come to understand how a land calls people time and time again to return to it.
Ali and Becca instill the foundational belief that we live on sacred land (wherever we call home) and that through cultivating connection to her (this sacred land), we feel more alive and purposeful. It is through reciprocity that we connect to Mother Earth and through this accessing, trusting and developing of our intuition that we can begin to uncover just how meaningful it is that our physical bodies have ended up in certain spots around the globe.
In this two hour workshop, Ali and Becca will guide you through and offer the following magic:
A Guided Crystal Shamanic Meditation to connect us all to the root of the land where we now stand. An exploration of some of the many indigenous Native American tribes that held this land (St. Louis) as sacred include the Kickapoo, Shawnee, Ioway, Otoe, Delaware and Osage.
Astrological & Symbologic Wisdom that is occurring in the heavens the day of our workshop so that we can all unite our energies with cosmic intelligence.
Embodied movement to dance with our relationship to the land AND the cosmos to expand upon our understanding of the elements that call us to a place. We will explore how it is both the soil underneath us and the stars up above us that bring influence to the ways we navigate this plane. The tools offered in Root & Ritual deepen the awareness of the "both and."
Ritual Practice for everyday mindfulness to nourish and strengthen your connection to the land on which you currently live.
An exploration of practices with Paqos of Peru, including the powerful practice gratitude offerings known as “hayrariquiy” or a “despachos” by the Q'ero peoples of Peru to connect to "Ayni" or "reciprocity" and right relationship with Mother Earth.
5-10 minute MOON readings in which Ali and Becca explore Moon birth placement and meaning along with astrological insight re: your personalized zodiacal moon imprint.

Attendees will also receive 2 stones, one for personal keeping and one for offering to the land during workshop ritual.
Connecting to a deeper relationship to the land where we live, all of its wisdom, and using OUR intuition to trust HOW we connect to her.
