A Taste of Honey: A Botanically-Inspired Sound Bath in Celebration of the Bounty of the Summer Solstice with Aria Thomé
Tuesday, June 18th from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. | Total Participants: 8
The summer solstice is a time to turn inward and find the nourishment needed to grow the intentions set at our spring equinox. With the spring representing actions, the summer solstice can represent a pause, inviting us to step into patience. With trust and confidence, we nurture the seeds of our intention, embracing the process of becoming. When we find meaning in our becoming, we become light ourselves, giving others permission to do likewise. We know that patience can bring anxiety and worry, but also know that these afford us opportunities to develop faith and cultivate trust. We craft our ‘I AM’ statements with a sense of reception. I am open to “receive faith and trust.” We receive the sweetness formed by the pollination of our intentions as they become manifestations.
Items to Bring to Workshop: Eye pillow, journal, & yoga mat.
