An objective assessment of your physical constitution (Health Assessment sent upon scheduling)

Journal prompts and Workbook to track your daily rhythms
Habit Science strategies to set you up for success
Education regarding the difference between managing symptoms and addressing the cause

Glenna blends her 25+ year study of Yoga, Ayurveda Health Coaching, Habit Science, Polyvagal Theory, Subtle Body Healing & Somatic Awareness Practices into her offerings.
