Restorative Yoga with Rachel
Rachel received her 200-hour yoga certification in 2023, but has been practicing yoga since being diagnosed with breast cancer over 20 years ago. Yoga has been a tool for bolstering physical & emotional health, for healing & for fostering connection with community. She believes restorative yoga to be one of the jewels of the practice & a key component of well-being. Her offerings will provide a safe & soothing space for the body to rest, relax & recover. Students may expect calming music, use of supportive props, breathwork, guided meditation, essential oils & poetry.
No previous yoga experience required for these offerings.
