This Heart Chakra Opening workshop is created to build deeper connections with partners, family, or friends through a unique blend of practices and spiritual healing. When we open our hearts we hold the capacity to move beyond judgment, change criticism and blame to acceptance, and honor compassion and wisdom for ourselves and others.

This two hour event includes essential oils, breathing techniques, touch, journaling, meditation, and sound. Let go of the worries of the world and embrace a moment of deep relaxation and heart softening.
